Who we are

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “BRIGHTLOGIC” (BRIGHTLOGIC LLC), Kyiv, Ukraine, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@brightlogic-software.com.

What we collect

• What you type into the contact form: your name, work email, company and message.
• The emails you exchange with us afterwards.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it

Only to answer your enquiry and, if you decide to work with us, to prepare a proposal and contract. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We never sell your data or add you to a mailing list. Because of this legal basis the form has no consent checkbox; you can object at any time (see below).

Who processes it for us

• Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and stores contact-form submissions.
• Google LLC (Google Workspace) runs our email.

Both may process data outside Ukraine and the EU, including in the United States, under their standard data-protection terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, correspondence is kept for as long as the contract and the law on accounting records require.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to the address above. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
